1. General Terms

By registering for a trip with Shamim Yas Europe, you agree to these terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between Shamim Yas Europe and its customers.

2. Registration

Registration is completed through our online form. Your registration is not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from Shamim Yas Europe. A deposit may be required to secure your place.

3. Payment

Trip prices are listed per person. A deposit is due upon confirmation, with the balance due before departure. Payment methods and schedules will be communicated after registration.

4. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have a valid passport (at least 6 months validity beyond your return date) and any required visas. We provide assistance with visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approval.

5. Trip Changes

We reserve the right to make changes to trip itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of significant changes, we will inform you promptly and offer alternatives where possible.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation policies are outlined in our separate Cancellation Policy page. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

7. Liability

Shamim Yas Europe acts as an organizer of pilgrimage travel. We are not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to flight delays, visa rejections, or force majeure events.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
