Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by Customer

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation fees are as follows:

• More than 60 days before departure: full refund minus processing fee
• 30–60 days before departure: 50% refund of trip cost
• Less than 30 days before departure: no refund

2. Cancellation by Shamim Yas Europe

If we must cancel a trip due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. We are not liable for additional expenses (e.g., visa fees, travel insurance).

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical expenses, and lost luggage. This is not included in our trip prices.

4. Force Majeure

In case of cancellation due to force majeure (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule your trip or provide a credit for future travel.
